Susan was raped while she was a teenager. Her father tries his hardest to find the killer and Susan, trapped between heaven and Earth, sends him signs. She also helps her sister prove who the killer was. Lovely Bones was a great book, and it was wonderfully written. It showed an idea of what the after life is like for people. The plot was okay, but it could have had better details.
