Frank and Joe Hardy attempt to retrieve a top-secret invention when they discover that a band of diamond and electronic device smugglers are also after the invention in the book What Happened At Midnight, part of the Hardy Boys Series. Then, Joe is kidnapped and Frank has to rescue Joe, who is on Barmet Bay, and then nearly gets ran over by a tugboat. I recommend this book to people who enjoy action and mystery.
