The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke is one of the best books I have ever read. The wide display of characters really made the book. I loved the trust and friendship and just when I thought the book would be over the story turned around another corner and the magical merry-go-round came into play. I liked the twists and turns of the story and I especially liked the way the children got rid of Barbossa at the end. I liked it a lot and would recommend it to anyone.5 Stars
